History: Important News about the Governor's banquet

Feb 2010 We will be working on our culminating task for our unit on New France. All students have been given a role to play , within a family in our Seigneury. As a member of our Seigneury students will be invited to attend the Governor's banquet which will take place on Friday February 19th. The cost of the lunch is $2. per person. We will be eating typical foods of New France; tourtiere. Students will have a task to prepare for the banquet that may include presenting your family 'cube', conducting a children's game from the 17th century, or preparing a recipe book. We will enjoy fiddle music ( thanks Chris L ) and take family photos.

Our current task is creating the family 'cube' which is a group effort and all family members are expected to contribute.
